The Donald Brown Educational Foundation (DBEF) believes every student deserves the opportunity to succeed. We award scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the River Parishes - St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, and St. James - to help with their first semester of college expenses. Each year, up to three students receive scholarships ranging from $500 to $5,000, empowering them to take the next step toward their dreams. Through our scholarships, we’re helping students achieve their dreams, one step at a time.
