Scholarship Guidelines

• Graduating Senior from St. John the Baptist, St. Charles, and St. James Parish High School

• Minimum GPA of “B” - Stated on the Transcript

• Printed copy of your ACT or SAT Scores

• Completed Application (Submitted Electronically)

• Official copy of transcript with GPA stated

• Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (not from family members)

• Typed Resume demonstrating active participation in community, church, or school activities

• Typed Essay including

  • Why You Feel You Should Receive This Scholarship

  • Your College and Career Goals

  • How this scholarship will help you achieve these goals

  • Minimum of 2 pages, Double Spaced

Please upload all materials to the form below before submitting your application.

Funds will be disbursed to accredited Colleges or University after verification of enrollment and attendance for the Fall semester

ALL INFORMATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1, 2025!

Applications received after the deadline will NOT be considered. Please ensure that all information is received by the specified date, as late submissions will not be reviewed.

When submitting your application, information must be assembled in this order:

• Completed Application

• Current Official Transcript

• Letters of Recommendation (2)

• Essay

• Admission Scores

• Acceptance Letter(s)

Complete application with all required documents must be received by April 1, 2025.
